Stockholm 2015: Brand office furniture Glimakra released a collection of storage systems that can also be used for sound absorption and separation of the territory in an open-plan workspaces.
Sound-absorbing properties of the furniture of this collection gives a veneer shell, which is made of polyester to form with special foam.

Storage units are available in four variations in width and the same height. Depth 396 mm, and, moreover, they can be grouped together.
"The compressed felt on the outside of the furnitureinteracts with a slotted volume, creates a smooth and good sound absorption over a wide frequency range from 125 Hz to 4000 ", - says Klas Hagberg, a leader in WSP Acoustics Sweden, who advised the sponsors.
The available anthracite, gray, white and green. Also available are different variants of legs - solid ash, brass or powder coated metal frame and aluminum wheels.
